Cooking Traditional Foods — Pelmini Night!

The Study Abroad staff organized a cooking night for this semester’s study abroad students. We made pelmini, a traditional Russian dumpling. We made two different kinds — with beef and with cheese. I had a blast taking time to reconnect with the rest of the study abroad students and learning more about the Eastern European cuisine.
